Elliot Lake Men of Song

A mens singing group from Elliot Lake Ontario. We perform a wide range of sacred, secular and barber shop songs and appear on a voluntary basis at nursing homes, hospitals, churches, community centres and special events. Rehearsal every Wednesday evening at 7pm. September to May in the basement of Trinity United Church on Hillside North. You do not have to be formally trained, just love to sing and are able to keep on pitch.See you there!

Terry Carr

The funeral for Terry Carr will be held at the United Church at 2pm. on Thursday, 6th November.
Men of Song will sing the Fly Away Medley
Please plan to arrive at 1.30pm. for this event.
If you are in the church choir, please wear your robe over the Men of Song "uniform".

Food Bank drive Nov 1st.

On Saturday, 1st. Nov. at 1pm. (arrive 12.40pm.) we will be singing at the Moose FM Radio Station on Ontario St. (next to Sarich Sports) to help with the Food Bank appeal.
We will sing 4 numbers:
1. The ballad of Elliot Lake
2. Lullaby of Broadway
3. Sidewalks of New York
4. Cant help falling in love
You do not need to be in "uniform" for this event.

Terry Carr

I'm sorry to have to tell the members of the Men of Song that Terry passed away in Toronto early today.
More later on arrangements, in the meantime our thoughts and prayers go out to Terry's wife Audrey and his family.
